I am Marc Milinkovic, a dedicated professional with a passion for cartography and GIS. In 2008, I graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Multimedia Cartography, establishing a strong foundation for my career. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in the GIS field.

Throughout my journey, I have held various positions that have shaped my expertise. I began my career as a Lonely Planet Cartographer, where I honed my skills in creating accurate and visually appealing maps. Subsequently, I worked as a GIS Consultant at Aussoft Solutions, providing valuable insights and solutions in the field of geographic information systems.

My career path led me to the City of Melbourne, where I served as both a Cartographer and a 3D Cartographer. In these roles, I utilized my proficiency in 2D and 3D GIS, as well as my expertise in spatial analysis and cartography, to contribute to the city's mapping and visualization projects. I further expanded my skills as a Specialist 3D GIS Analyst, bringing innovative 3D visualization techniques to the forefront of the city's initiatives.

In addition to my experience with the City of Melbourne, I also served as a 3D GIS Data Officer at Manningham City Council. This role allowed me to deepen my knowledge in 3D modeling and GIS data management, further enhancing my skill set.

Over the past decade, my focus has predominantly been on 3D visualization for council projects. From creating immersive visual experiences of new parks and street plantings to showcasing buildings, roadways, and stadiums, I have consistently delivered high-quality outcomes. I excel in utilizing various software, including Arc GIS and Arc GIS PRO, Sketchup, Lumion, TerraExplorer, and Blender, to bring projects to life.

In 2020, recognizing the demand for smaller-scale 3D rendering projects in the real estate industry and as a valuable service to other councils, I founded Marc Milinkovic Design. Through this venture, I have been able to provide exceptional 3D rendering services, including videos, images, 360 panoramas, and more.
