This particular project meticulously translates the submitted plans into a highly realistic visualization of the proposed space, maintaining real-world scale accuracy. It is important to note that the placement, style, and materials of the furniture showcased are purely for illustrative purposes, serving as examples to demonstrate the potential of the space. While the landscaping and internal layouts have been thoughtfully crafted, a certain level of artistic freedom has been exercised to enhance their visual impact.

Notably, this project was executed within a relatively short timeframe, as the property was scheduled to go on the market within a week. The primary objective was to capture the exterior design elements and ensure that the plans went beyond the standard "kit home" concept. Collaborating closely with the owner, who had distinct ideas about the interior palette, allowed for effective communication and successful realization of their vision.

I am exceptionally pleased with the final outcome of the renders and video, as they effectively convey the essence of the design.
